Completed Stable Renovations
In the fall of 2010, the stables were completely renovated. Beautiful new tongue and groove stalls, sliding doors and classic black grillwork throughout. Rubber matting covers the entire stall and floor area. New lighting, plumbing, combined with wider aisles and more spacious working area. Heated tack room for lesson horses as well as a large keyed tack room for boarders. Extra large stalls are also now available. PETRA LEWISPetra has grown up with horses, and began competing in Pony Club at Rallies and the Prince Philip Games when she was 5 years old. Having recently completed her B. Sc. Petra teaches weekends and actively competes in Dressage and Eventing competitions. |

KRYSTIN ANDERSONKrystin has been riding for 15 years and showing for 14. A 2007 graduate of Kemptville College with distinction from the agricultural Equine Diploma program. She has achieved her RA level in pony club and was on the 2007 Interpacific exchange team for Canada and evented successfully to Intermediate level. Having trained her horse from a 4 year old doing she has moved up from entry level to Intermediate level last year. She enjoys working with young horses and has been breaking and training them for almost 10 years. |
CHERYL NASHCheryl has a bubbly and energetic personality brings great enthusiasm to Irish Creek. Her positive and informative lessons have given her students great results with their riding skills. Through her youth Cheryl grew up showing and riding horses in the Ottawa area. Since 2008 she has taken on a position of teaching our novice and intermediate levels students. She and her daughter, Bronwyn recently acquired their new horse 'Big Shot'. She is a valued member of our teaching team. |
