Camps

Irish Creek’s summer camp is for children who really love horses and desire to learn and enjoy horsemanship. Campers will ride once per day and learn the responsibilities of proper equine care, and will also gain knowledge about all types of horses and ponies.

Under supervision of our horse-loving staff, campers will apply their new knowledge to the needs of their assigned horses. Beginner riders will develop basic riding skills.
When our campers aren’t “horsing around,” they will be trekking through the Irish Creek forest, discovering the unique flora and fauna that this protected wetland holds. Other fun activities include “horsey” crafts, hay rides and team games.
